The regular season is over and the post-season will commence with the battle for bragging rights, AKA conference championships weekend.

I'm late posting this so the preview this week will be brief.

Featured Championship Meets -

The SEC

The SEC championship is the biggest battle for bragging rights outside of the PAC 12. LSU are the defending champions and the regular season champions, but Florida and Alabama are on their tail and Kentucky is happy to be playing with the big kids.

The PAC 12

Last year's PAC 12's had sooooooo much drama, mostly because MyKayla Skinner was snubbed for Freshman and Gymnast of the Year and Twitter drama ensued and young MyKayla retweeted some questionable tweets and more Twitter drama happened. The big drama will likely unfold on Twitter again between Utah fans and UCLA fans and probably some accusatory statements will be thrown out in the world.  The evening session is where the good stuff is happening so make sure you've got your Twitter app open and make sure you got popcorn.

The Big 12

The Big 12 is a very misleading name as there's only four teams in this conference, and Oklahoma is basically just like "this is just practice for us for winning all the things." There's also Denver and they're looking to get a solid score in to get a seeded spot at regionals.

Mountain Rim Gymnastics Conference

The MRGC is a silent conference that has a lot of strong up and coming talent.  Boise State is the favorite to win as they are the defending champions. But keep an eye out for BYU who are having a great season.

The Big 10

Michigan are the defending champions going into this championships and they are heavily favored to win again. But, Illinois looked great at their Big 5 qualifying meet and the championships are being held on their home soil so don't be surprised if there is an upset.
